The honor of laying the final pipe goes to the weekend crew of Jim Howell, Bob Roush, Mike Peters, LaVerna Peters, Don Fleming and Steve Spiegel. This group worked until after 6:00 PM last Saturday finishing out the system by installing the corner at Appleby and Adams Streets.

All that remains of any major nature is connecting the system to two (2) lines serving residences outside the city limits. These connections will be made at the southern end of Omio Road and the northern end of Appleby Street.
