for settings on Web Browsers, Email, FTP Clients, Ping, Dialers, and just
about any other Internet software. We also have complete configuration
guides for home computer users. Note that we do not support any mobile
device other that provide the proper settings.
DNS Settings:
- Domain Name: nckcn.com
- Server Assigned IP Address and Server Assigned Name Server Address
(preferred) or
- Primary Domain Name Server Address (DNS server):

- Secondary Domain Name Server Address (secondary DNS server):

Standard Email Settings: (Use Standard Email
settings for email clients directly connected to NCKCN or Cunningham
Internet Access. Software such as
Outlook Express, Window Live, Thunderbird, etc.)
- POP3 (Incoming Mail) Email Server Name (pop server): pop3.nckcn.com
- POP3 (Incoming Mail) Email Port: 110
- SMTP (Outgoing Mail) Email Server Name: smtp.nckcn.com
- SMTP (Outgoing Mail) Email Server Port: 25
- Ensure authentication is off
- Ensure SSL is off
Mobile Device/Remote SMTPMobile Email Settings: (Use
these for Mobile Device Settings with our Secure SMTP Mobile Service on
devices like iPhone, iPad, and Mobile phones such as Android, HTC
etc., and you access the Internet with another provider such as
Verizon, AT&T or when you are traveling. Anytime you are not
connected to NCKCN or Cunningham Internet Access)
- POP3 (Incoming Mail) Email Server Name (pop server): pop3.nckcn.com
- POP3 (Incoming Mail) Email Port: 110
- SMTP (Outgoing Mail) Email Server Name: smtpmobile.nckcn.com
- SMTP (Outgoing Mail) Email Server Port: 465
- Ensure (SMTP/Outgoing) Authentication is on (You
will authenticate with your username and password)
- Ensure (SMTP/Outgoing) SSL is on (The SSL
warning can be accepted, it's only warning you that it's secure.)
*Please note that NCKCN Secure SMTP Mobile Service
may be a charged service since all mobile phones can be correctly
configured by the mobile provider to send email from anywhere. NCKCN
is not responsible in any way to support your mobile device or your
remote access with another provider. The mobile
device vendor and/or end user is completely responsible for technical support for
their devices. You must contact NCKCN if you wish to use the Secure
SMTP Mobile Service prior to use. Simply use our online form to sign
up for your NCKCN SMTP
Mobile Service. Once this service is active, you do not have to
request it again if you change devices or locations. The service
resides at NCKCN, not on your device.
