Username Change Request Form

NCKCN can change your username for you at anytime. After we receive the request, it will usually be changed by the end of the same business day and no later than the end of the following business day. You must change both your email username on your end so that you can access. For example: If you are John Smith, and using the "smith" username and password to access your email, this of course makes your email address smith@nckcn.com. You will change your email username to say something like "jsmith" (or whatever you wish), this then allows you to access the NCKCN system with your new username and password, and this would make your new email address jsmith@nckcn.com. Simply complete the form below and submit it to let us know what username you wish. We do not recommend that women use their names as their username, rather we would recommend that you use something like your first name initial and last name. If you need help with changing your account information, you can look at our on-line guides at http://www.nckcn.com/NCKCN/guides.htm. If you would like to request a password change you can do that on our Password Change Request form. Please be aware that usernames are not case sensitive. Therefore all username will be lower case as in "jsmith", not "JSMITH". Please note: Usernames and Passwords must never be the same or similar enough that they can be guessed at like a username of "jsmith" and a password of "smith". Your password cannot contain your Username in any fashion. They must be completely dissimilar.
