Wednesday, June 14, 2000 Phone report places the crew at the intersection of Omio Road and Quy Street, with the crew having just found the gas line passing through that juncture. The intent is to install the "T", which will enable the city to close off the loop and move off Omio given the arrival of harvest. The crew can then extend the line south down Omio at a later date. No word has come in from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment on the bacteria test as yet, but then nothing was expected until tomorrow.
